PICK UP DATES - SIGN UP REQUIRED: Friday, April 4th, 9AM to 4PM. Saturday, April 5th, 9AM to 4PM. Sunday, April 6th, 9AM to 4PM. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PAY & PICKUP DURING THE POSTED TIMES. SHIPPING AVAILABLE (unless noted "pick up only" in the description), SEE INFO BELOW. INSPECTION DATES: Saturday, March 29th, 9AM to 4PM. PROCEDURE: Online Bidding Only. The auction will start to close at 7PM Thursday, April 3rd. The close will be staggered (10 Lots per minute). In addition there will be Extended Bidding, which means items that have bids placed within 2 minutes of its closing time, the time will extend for 2 minutes. This will continue until there is no activity for 2 minutes. TRANSPORTATION OF MERCHANDISE: The buyer is solely responsible for the disassembling, removal, and transportation of all items. Auction Masters does not provide shipping, transportation, or loading. Beaver Bay Agate will supply shipping for this auction. Shipping questions, please call 218-226-4847. Beaver Bay will ship USPS (flat rate boxes), UPS or Fed-ex (buyers choice) unless item is too big. Insurance is recommended. There will be a handling charge for shipping $5.00 for each small box and $10.00 for each large box. All packages will need signature confirmation, no exceptions. Auction Masters or Beaver Bay Agate Shop is not responsible if you choose to ship you items. You are taking the risk that your items could arrive broken, lost, damaged or stolen.
