Street Cafe/Parklet Wood 32' Structure Dimensions: Length - 32’ Width - 5’11” Height - 9’ highest point no casters or blocks, 8’2” lowest point no casters or blocks Roof width with overhang - 7’ 9” The patio structure served as a street cafe for dining at the Sheridan room and Altburger in northeast Minneapolis from 2018 until 2024.  It was designed to be moved onto the street In the spring and removed into storage in the late fall. It seats 14-16 people with built in bench seating and 4 tables.  It also has 6 planters for plants. It meets requirements for street cafe permit in the city of Minneapolis.  Built with treated pine lumber,  4x4 post frame, metal and plywood decking for roof.  It does not come apart into sections.   10 cement blocks and 14 casters are included for storage and transport. It can be moved around on even surfaces on the casters, but to be transported, it would need to be hauled away on a flatbed or similar. Located at 331 13th Ave NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413. Stored in parking lot - viewing during daylight hours. Removal is Tuesday, May 6th.  Buyer responsible for loading.
