Includes: Larger Structure (installed 2001),  Smaller Structure (installed 2021), 2-Bay Swing Set, 4-Bay Swing Set and 2 Spring Rockers. Winning Bidder will remove all parts of the play structures and must sign a "Sales of Used Equipment Agreement" for the City of Robbinsdale (a copy of this is in the Document section). Installation guides included. Must be removed by October 15th. Inspection during park hours. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE LOOKED AT THE DATE FOR PICK UP AND PAYMENT AND ARE ABLE TO PICK UP ON THAT DATE. IF NOT, PLEASE DO NOT BID. ALL ITEMS SOLD "AS IS" 18% Buyers Fee on Items up to $9,999.99 and 13% Buyers Fee on Items $10,000 and over. Plus MN Sales Tax (Email Tax Exemption Certificate to sarah@auctionmasters.com prior to auction closing). Bids cannot be retracted once placed.
