1974 Boa Ski BAR ice oval racer - restored snowmobile - with 650 Triple Kohler RS engine. A very unique Canadian racer, indeed. The first year for SNO PRO, and all the manufacturers wanted racing success to drive the sales of their consumer machines. Boa Ski developed the BAR (Boa Alsport Racer). Most all of them were narrow track, campaigned in the fall grass drags to build consumer interest for the brand the following winter. In 1974, a few were made for oval track racing. These were "wide body". This example houses the largest motor option - the 650 Kohler RS triple (vapor honed). Aluminum tunnel, bulkhead, skis, and suspension skid. Hydraulic brakes, and jackshaft drive train. Signature eye-candy is its starburst heads and king-queen seat. This one was sourced in the Western states and fully restored. The engine has not been fired. This is not a "perfect" snowmobile, but one you would be proud to own and display. See details in the photos and the three videos.
