1971 Arctic Cat Puma 634, Serial Number: 128871, Model Number: 634HPU. This 1971 Arctic Cat Puma 634 is in unrestored condition. There were 1,865 examples of this model produced according to reported production records. This 1971 Puma 634 is powered by a twin-cylinder fan-cooled 634cc Hirth engine with a single HD carburetor. The tunnel appears to be straight and there is no cleat damage under the seat. The “big mouth” hood is in excellent condition and may have been re-painted by a previous owner. The hood is topped by a cut-down blue tinted windshield. The belly pan is free of dents or damage. The fuel tank will need to be cleaned or replaced. The rear toolbox and PUMA taillight lens are undamaged. The rear bumper appears to have been painted silver. The cleated track and suspension are in good condition with the exception of at least one broken cleat. The original white track drive sprockets remain in place. The skis are in good shape and feature chrome shocks. The sled is equipped with an Arctic Cat speedometer and tachometer. The odometer shows 2,069 miles. The ignition key is missing. A new reproduction seat is included. The seat is not fitted with snaps, which the new owner will need to acquire and install. This snowmobile has been in covered storage for several seasons and will need routine maintenance. The registration card is not available.
