1977 Arctic Cat "Charlie Cat" Jag 3000, Serial Number 7006463. The 1977 Charlie Cat Jag 3000 was a joint marketing venture between Arctic Enterprises and Revlon for Charlie perfume, at the time the best-selling fragrance in the world. The Charlie Cat was featured in ads in women’s fashion magazines and in department stores, and the promotion gave away a reported six examples of this sled. This two-winter promotion exposed snowmobiling and Arctic Cat to a whole new audience, helping move the sport further upscale. This snowmobile is in unrestored, generally original condition. Hood features Charlie Cat graphic and blue stripes/graphics in place of the standard green graphics. There is a scuff in the hood finish on the right front corner. There is very minor damage to the back left corner of the belly pan. The seat is an excellent standard Jag seat. The 339cc Suzuki-Spirit AA34F2 Free-Air Twin engine has spark and good compression. A speedometer/odometer shows 3,000 miles. The speedometer cable is currently missing. The fuel tank appears to have been recently re-painted and is very clean inside. The left handlebar headlight dimmer switch has been replaced with a toggle switch. Skis, ski shocks, track and suspension are all in very good condition. This snowmobile has been in covered storage for several seasons and will need routine maintenance. The registration card is not available.
