Arctic Cat Cutter Kitchen - Generation 1. At its introduction in 1973 the Arctic Cat Cutter Kitchen was described as “The ideal cooking sleigh for snowmobile clubs and enthusiasts” and was promoted by the fictional Arctic Cat spokesperson "Inspector Henderson." This is an example of the first-generation Cutter Kitchen. It features a tubular aluminum frame and an aluminum body supported by two leaf springs and steel skis. A rack on the front can carry two 20-pound LP tanks (one tank is included in the auction). The work area on top of the body includes a wooden cutting board, a cast Charmglo LP grill and a two-burner Premier range. The side opens to reveal storage suitable for coolers and supplies. All original graphics are in place. The hitch has been removed for ease of storage but is included in the sale.
